Not a love story

I don't understand quite understand love. Love at first sight, love over time, love in general, but I tell of a story that isn't a love story.

A met B one day at school, the two became friends, twas innocent enough. They had many of the same classes and in particular enjoyed doing things together. 

A and B grew and changed, until B began to see A differently. Not appropriately might I add. B liked C and liked A, but had fun with D although D was belonging to the close friend of B's E, there was nothing wrong with B, but B loved too quickly and too much, this love was not love but rather lust. Lust that might be the end of B.

A did not like B like that, A liked F, but suffered from unrequited love, a pain that destroyed F, even though innocent. F did not like A, in that certain way. 

B wanted A, A did not want B. B wanted to cause trouble and didn't end well with A. 

G watched over everything, contemplating these changes in fate. 

G saw people, saw friends such as H, I, J and K, watched them move away, not really friends.

G never truly fit in, but worried over the fate of A and B.

What happened? I don't know, the story isn't over yet and I choose not to elaborate, clearly not a love story.
